We’ll help guide you through the options:

3. Professional Processing

Once we purchase the beef, which is all from local Wisconsin farmers, we handle everything from hanging and aging to expert butchering and packaging.

4. Pickup & Storage

Your beef will be heat-sealed or butcher-wrapped, frozen, labeled, and boxed for convenient pickup and freezer storage.
