How Our Pork Ordering Process Works
1. Call store to order and pay non-refundable deposit.
2. Submit a Cut Sheet
Let us know how you want your pork prepared, or give us the name and number of the person buying your pig and we will contact them directly. We'll walk you through options for:
- Chop thickness
- Bacon, Side Pork, ham, and hock preferences
- Sausage flavors and quantities

3. Butchering & Packaging
We handle all aspects of processing in our USDA-inspected facility, ensuring your meat is safe, clean, and professionally packaged.
4. Ready for Pickup
Your pork will be heat-sealed or butcher-wrapped, frozen, and labeled for pickup ready for your freezer, table, or farm market.

Yes! We offer a variety of bratwurst and sausage blends including plain, garlic, jalapeño & cheese, breakfast, chorizo, and more.
How much freezer space will I need for a whole hog?
On average, you’ll need 3.5 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space for a half hog, and 7 to 8 cubic feet for a whole.
Do you smoke and cure bacon and hams?
Absolutely. We offer traditional smoked bacon and hickory-cured hams.
What's the Average Turnaround?
Typically your order is ready around 2-3 weeks from the order date.
