Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping Methods

• We ship our products in insulated boxes if deemed necessary to ensure that you receive the highest of quality.
• We partner with reputable shipping carriers to provide reliable delivery services.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If your product arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund or replacement process. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Returns and Refunds

• To be eligible for a refund, you must return the damaged product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days

Easy military ordering tips when checking out:

Full Name: This is where the whole name and / or title goes

Address: This is where the full "street address" goes including any additional information you may have

City:  This is where you put APO, FPO, DPO, Etc.

State: This is where you scroll down and choose Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, etc.

Country:  For all Military orders regardless of where they are at always select United States of America

When checking out, there is a place where you can leave additional information.  Most folks re-type the full Military address here as it should look on the package.  It is just a nice reference for us when we are making the labels and filling out the custom forms.

IF SHIPPING USING THE DULLES, VA ADDRESS
When you order using the Dulles, VA address the packages first go through the "red tape" of the DULLES procedures then off to there respected deployed address usually in a diplomatic pouch. We have seen that sometimes this can cause delays or other problems. Give us your actual DPO, FPO, APO, etc, ship to address (see example above) if you can or if you know someone close who has a direct address. Your packages are safer from being delayed or returned and you should receive your packages faster. We can and always ship direct through postal mail no problem and do it all the time. Granted we ship through Dulles, VA all the time so this is just a handy tip. If you are shipping through Dulles, VA when checking out there is a place to "leave additional messages" maybe there just remind us it is a deployed order so we can honor your work with a little extra treat so we dont miss that.

We do reserve the right to substitute products for military orders if and when necessary but dont worry, anything substituted will be of equal or greater value plus the free treats. Besides that, all the smoked snack style products, cheese, jerky and various smoked brats all fair well and are enjoyed by military, diplomatic and military familes everywhere.
