Wisconsin River meats has been catering parties and special events in Wisconsin since 1978. Catering is very complimentary to our business. Our location in rural Mauston, Central Wisconsin is ideal for catering all around the Badger state.

Our homemade foods are great for a variety of events; from the 1,000+ person event to the 10 person luncheon. In addition to catering private events, for over 25 years Wisconsin River Meats has supported local festivals with our quality products. Wisconsin River Meats' brats are made from a family recipe handed down over the last 100 years. They are a sure hit for brat fry fundraisers and customer appreciation events. Our delicious meat choices are proudly produced locally.

Pig Roast

Our specialty! Hand cut primals slow roasted in our smokehouse for 12 hours, then carved on site (weather and venue permitting)

  • Country Style Ribs: slow baked and smothered in our smokey private label sauce
  • Prime Rib: slow roasted, hand rubbed and hand cut for your event, with Au Jus
  • Meatballs: served with beef gravy or barbeque sauce
