This traditional wood fired all natural syrup has a darker Amber color producing a robust flavor, a good choice also for baking. Real maple syrup is also healthy. Pure maple syrup has nutrients like riboflavin, magnesium, calcium, potassium and zinc. Maple Syrup even has antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties. Use it for baking, pour over ice cream and put some in your tea. (We pour Maple Syrup over prime rib when we cook it.)
