Our Fresh Meats are broken down to 3 categories:

  • Fresh Brats & Sausages: 12 varieties of Fresh and pre-Cooked Brats, Polish & Italian Sausage, Kielbasa Sausage & Rings, Cheddar Bratwurst, Chicken Brats and more.
  • Our Fresh Steaks category includes 4 popular varieties of steak: Porterhouse, New York Strip, Ribeye and T-Bone.
  • Meat Packages: 5 money-saving bundles of fresh bulk meat like Ground Beef and Hamburger, Beef Roasts, Steak, Pork and Wild Game.

The products in our Fresh Meats collections are ALL shipped in insulated shipping containers. In order to maintain product freshness and quality, these products are shipped in 1-2 days to ONLY the following select locations: Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota, and the Kansas City Metro area.
