Our beef jerky is made from sliced whole sirloin meat. It is not the ground or pressed jerky like you buy in the store. Sliced sirloin soaked in a maple sugar solution and fully smoked, it is the real beef jerky.

Beef Jerky are sold vacuum sealed in two -1# bags (2#).
